VP / Director, Structurer - Asian Financial Institution

A growing Hong Kong-based financial institution is seeking aVP / Director, Structurer to join its expanding Global Markets platform. This is a front-office role for a technically strong and commercially minded structurer who can support client solutions across fixed income, equities, and commodities.

The successful candidate will work closely with sales and trading teams to design and deliver structured solutions for corporate and institutional clients. This is a strong opportunity for someone who enjoys building client-focused solutions in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

1. Structure and price solutions acrossfixed income, equities, and commodities .
2. Partner with sales and trading teams to develop client-facing ideas and hedging solutions.
3. Support the origination and execution of structured transactions.
4. Work with internal stakeholders to tailor solutions for corporate and institutional clients.
5. Contribute to the growth of the structured products franchise in Hong Kong.
6. Maintain strong market awareness and product understanding across relevant asset classes.

Requirements

1. Strong experience instructuring within an investment bank, securities house, or financial institution.
2. Exposure to one or more of the following:fixed income, equities, commodities, or derivatives .
3. Strong analytical, pricing, and product development capability.
4. Ability to communicate clearly with sales, trading, and client teams.
5. Mandarin speaking is essential.
6. Seniority aligned toVP / Director level.

Preferred Profile

1. Candidates fromtier-1 investment banks or leading Chinese financial institutions.
2. Strong understanding of structured solutions and client hedging needs.
3. Commercial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-moving team.
