Job Description

As a VP of Product Development for Mutual Funds/ETF , your main responsibilities will include:

Leading the end-to-end product development process for Mutual Funds/ETF funds, including concept creation, market analysis, and product launch.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure product offerings align with client needs and market opportunities.
Monitoring regulatory changes and ensuring compliance in all ETF product activities.
Conducting competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in the market.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
Providing strategic guidance on ETF product positioning and marketing initiatives.
Overseeing the performance and growth of existing ETF products.
Preparing and presenting reports on product performance to senior management.

The Successful Applicant

A successful VP of Product Development should have:

Strong knowledge of the financial services industry, particularly in funds and product development.
A solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in banking and financial services.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret market trends effectively.
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Educational qualifications in finance, business, or a related field.
