About You:

What you’ll do and what success looks like:

• Prepare regulatory banking returns to HKMA.


• Design and maintain reporting workflow for better efficiency and control.


• Collaborate with IT, Data, and other workstreams and stakeholders to build and further upgrade the reporting process by leveraging technology.


• Implement automated solutions and controls, to uplift the reliability, accuracy, and security of financial data.


• Drive change by embracing technology, to upgrade finance process by advanced excel skills, data mining tools and programming, and other technology solutions.


• Ad-hoc assignments to broaden exposures other than regulatory reporting, such as capital management, ICAAP, stress testing etc
  

What we’re looking for:

• 3- 5 years of working experience in Bank regulatory reporting. Big4 experience in banking industry covering regulatory reporting or Banking in-house data programming experience are welcomed.


• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.


• Tech-savvy to adopt technology for better efficiency and effectiveness.


• Advanced Excel Skills.


• Knowledge of data mining programming will be an advantage.


• Experience in regulatory reporting on a solo-consolidated or consolidated basis is preferred.


• A team player with good communication skills and risk awareness.


• Good analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve accounting and IT-related issues.
  


• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager, Regulator Reporting.
