About you:
You're a go-getter with mad juggling skills (or multiple hats) who can thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment

What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role:
Develop the Bank’s valuable customer base and establish long term relationship with the customer
Grow the wealth of the customer through deepening customer relationship and providing differentiated services
Assist customer on the digital investment journey and increase the conversion rate
Assist customer on the digital wealth advisory goal setting and on-going portfolio update
Ensure all activities are in compliance with Bank’s guidelines and regulatory requirements
What is required and what we’re looking for:
University degree holder preferably in business related discipline
Qualified individual to carry out regulated activities (Type 1 and Type 4)
Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail banking or financial industry
Knowledge on mutual funds and investment advisory
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua an advantage
Proactive and customer-focused
Highly agile in learning, adapting to ever-changing business environment, and ability to cope with fast dynamic pace
