Asset Management Products, Sales & Marketing Intern

About the Role –

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused intern to join our Products, Sales & Marketing team. You will support business development, client engagement, and marketing efforts while gaining exposure to product strategy, sales operations, and market intelligence in asset management.

Key Responsibilities –

1. Prepare customized client deliverables, including presentations, meeting or conference call arrangements with clients/business partners, DDQ reviews, and performance data compilation
2. Assist in producing sales and distribution materials such as fund factsheets, internal reports, and distribution agreements for all client classes
3. Support the arrangement of sales meetings, pitches, and partner engagement activities, including training partner sales teams on product features, investment themes, and market trends to enhance sales effectiveness
4. Help gather information for RFI filings, DDQ responses, and client onboarding management processes
5. Contribute to market intelligence and performance analysis: analyse market trends, sales performance across channels, and provide actionable insights to the team

Who We Are Looking For –

Current students or fresh graduates in Finance, Business, Economics, Marketing, or related fields with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply. Ideal candidates possess:

1. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg, and related applications
2. Prior internship experience in fund sales, distribution, or client servicing preferred
3. Passion for the industry, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and strong team spirit
4. High level of client servicing mentality
5. Fluency in both English and Chinese
