Responsibilities:

• 
  
  Assist in day-to-day property operations and routine inspections to ensure safety and service standards
  
  


• 
  
  Support coordination with tenants, residents, contractors, and service providers
  
  


• 
  
  Assist in maintenance works, repairs, and facilities performance monitoring
  
  


• 
  
  Handle tenant/resident enquiries and service requests with timely follow-up
  
  


• 
  
  Support handover, takeover, and fit-out/reinstatement processes where applicable
  
  


• 
  
  Assist in incident reporting, basic emergency response coordination, and engagement activities
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Higher Diploma Student in Property Management or related disciplines


• Relevant experience in Property Management preferrable


• Hands on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc.


• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (conversational Mandarin is a plus)
