Intern, Marketing Support

You'll work alongside a senior commercial team, learn how to own real institutional and client relationships, and get exposure to the most active parts of the market. 

Position Summary

We are looking for a high-energy, "all-purpose" Marketing Intern with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. This isn't a traditional internship focused on coffee runs; it is a role for a self-starter who wants to touch every part of a global marketing engine. You will support the Marketing Department in execution across campaigns, sponsorships, events, content, and operations. The ideal candidate treats every task, as a business-critical mission and is constantly looking for ways to improve our processes.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Marketing Execution

• Campaign Support: Assist in the rollout of integrated marketing campaigns across social media, email, and community channels.
• Content Coordination: Help manage the content calendar, ensuring blog posts, newsletters, and social updates are published on time and across all relevant formats.
• Operations & Logistics: Provide hands-on support for physical and virtual events, from logistics planning to post-event lead processing.

2. Market & Growth Intelligence

• Competitor Tracking: Monitor the institutional Web3 and Fintech landscape to identify trends, new tactics, and growth opportunities.
• Data Support: Help maintain our HubSpot database and assist in pulling basic performance reports to track campaign ROI.

3. Entrepreneurial Special Projects

• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in our current marketing workflows and propose/implement more efficient solutions.

Ad-hoc Initiatives: Take full ownership of small, high-impact projects as they arise, from sourcing vendors to drafting initial campaign briefs.

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: You are a "hustler" by nature. You don't wait for a detailed brief; you ask the right questions, find the resources you need, and get things done.
• Versatility (All-Purpose): You are equally comfortable drafting a social post, researching a technical topic, or managing event logistics. No task is too small if it helps the team win.
• High Velocity & Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced Web3 environment where priorities can shift quickly.
• Communication Excellence: Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to articulate institutional concepts clearly. Cantonese and/or Mandarin is a plus.
• Proactive Ownership: You take extreme pride in your work and follow through on every task until it is 100% complete.
