You will work with the Sales team closely to generate and qualify potential leads and develop new relationships by engaging high potential leads across a variety of verticals.
WHAT YOUâLL DO:
Generate and qualify leads to identify potential prospects
Close collaboration with other sales team members to cultivate prospect lists
Develop new relationships by engaging high potential leads across a variety of verticals and nurturing those leads into appointments for sales team
High volume of cold calling with end-goal to set appointments for Sales meetings
Understanding of outbound prospecting, including call coaching, email writing and securing appointments
Manage data for new and prospective customers within CRM (Salesforce), ensuring all communications are logged and high potential leads had been assigned to Business Development on daily basis
Work with sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline and target
Managing sales activities report to ensure activities logged in CRM (Salesforce)
WHAT YOUâLL NEED:
Great communication skills, especially on phone calls
Self-motivated and persuasive, with a warm and nurturing personality
Superb organizing skills and attention to detail
Experience with CRM applications is a plus.
Fluent in Cantonese and English
