Are you a master organizer who loves turning chaos into clarity? We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Sales Enablement Project Intern - 4 to 5 days a week, 3-month internship.
In this role, you will be the central hub connecting our Sales & Marketing, Product, R&D, HR teams. Your mission will be to gather and organise knowledge, data, product insights, and marketing collateral, and synthesize them into high-impact, client-ready sales decks and sales training materials in a structured manner.
Content Consolidation: Audit and organize scattered sales materials, product specifications, R&D notes, and case studies across multiple regional folders and platforms into a centralized, easy-to-navigate repository.
Sales Deck Development and Enhancement: Collaborate with Sales & Marketing, Product, Solution Consultant, and R&D teams to design, update, and build visually compelling, accurate sales presentations and pitch decks tailored for regional clients.
Sales Onboarding and Training Materials: work closely with sales team members and HR team to gather feedback and intelligence on training needs. Organise knowledge and create content and decks to enhance internal sales training and onboarding programs.
Education: Penultimate or final year University Student in a Business/Marketing major, or Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering. Students with previous relevant internship experience will be an advantage.
Skills:
Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint / Google Slides (design flair is a massive plus).
Strong organizational and project management skillsâyou know how to create order out of mess.
Apply AI technologies where suitable. Those with a portfolio of AI projects will be advantageous but not a must.
Communication: Excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese is a must in order to communicate in our multicultural company. Strong interpersonal skills to confidently request and gather information from busy stakeholders across teams and offices.
Mindset: Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working across different time zones and cross-functional teams.
