Description

Job Responsibilities:



  • Provide high quality customer services on the provision of professional services to service providers and internal customers

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to Professional Services team

  • Assist supervisor in daily operations and other logistic activities

  • Preparing reports for daily reconciliation

  • Handling customer enquiries

  • Preparing and performing user acceptance testing (UAT) case

  • Performing occasional outdoor work when required


Requirements



  • Certificate or above in Electrical and Electronics Engineering preferred, or related discipline Possess logical and analytical skills

  • Minimum 2 years clerical work experience including data entry, document verification and reader production tasks 

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, and Chinese word processing

  • Accurate and fast typing speed of no less than 35 w.p.m.

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; fluent speaking in Mandarin

  • Good numerical sense and able to work under pressure

  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service awareness
