-進行品質檢查及資料修改

-協助系統和數據更新

- 管理郵件室的服務，處理電話查詢;

- 收集內/外部郵件及包裹，並將其發送到指定部門;

- 協助外發郵件的郵資蓋印，安排快遞公司交付郵件;

- 需要時外出送文件

工作要求:

- 1年工作經驗

- 中英文電腦操作

- 良好溝通技巧
