Customer Service Representative (Part Time)

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Customer Service Representative (Part Time) to support business growth and strengthen engagement within our Brand Partner community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, organizing impactful events and bringing fresh ideas to life. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality initiatives, fostering strong stakeholder relationship, and achieving execution excellence across events and training programs.

• Provide customer service support to Brand Partners and customers, including handling enquiries and providing solutions and advice.
• Support the service counter operations and assist customers in person.
• Handle customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain positive customer relationships.
• Perform administrative duties and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements 

• F.5 or above
• A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, with hotline experience is an added advantage.
• Good computer literacy and ability to use common office applications.
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Able to work under pressure, patient with positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Available to work on Saturdays (11:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.) as the regular working schedule, additional working days/hours may be required based on business needs.
• Ability to effectively and efficiently perform all essential job duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation and without posing a direct safety threat to others or self.
