Membership Ambassador, Hong Kong Palace Museum (Part-time)

The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority welcomes exceptional talent with a passion to realise the vision and mission of making the West Kowloon Cultural District a prime local and international destination for arts, culture and entertainment.

You will be responsible for:

• maintaining smooth operation of Hong Kong Palace Museum (HKPM) membership counter by delivering outstanding members services and experience;

• assisting members with membership related enquiries;

• promoting HKPM membership to the general visitors proactively;

• managing HKPM membership renewal; and

• assisting in members or Patrons events when required.

You should:

• possess higher diploma or above in any discipline, preferably with experience working in art / culture venues, tourism and/ or hospitality sector;

• have frontline or sales experience is preferred;

• interest in or with experience related to Chinese art and culture will be an advantage;

• be proficient in Putonghua and spoken English, Cantonese is a must;

• be outgoing, friendly and customer service minded; and

• be able to perform basic computer and machine skills and function alone.
