With strong momentum in the Hong Kong market, we’re expanding our local presence to support continued growth and are looking for someone to join the team with a background in sales, clinical support, or a combination of both. We are open to both full time and part time hours.

We are considering candidates across the following profiles:

• Territory Sales Manager


• Associate Territory Manager


• Clinical Support Specialist
  

The final role scope will be shaped around experience, capability, and market fit. If the final role is Sales it will report into the Business Development Manager based in Hong Kong otherwise the Clinical Support Specialist role will report to the VP Sales.

About the role

You will play a key role in supporting surgeons, nurses, and hospital teams through a combination of:

• Clinical education and in-theatre / in-service support


• Building trusted relationships with key stakeholders


• Supporting territory growth and product adoption


• Acting as a local expert for PolyNovo’s advanced wound care solutions

This is a high-visibility role in a growing market, ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, relationship-building, and working closely with clinical teams.

About you

We’re interested in speaking with people who bring:

• Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or clinical environments


• Strong communication skills and credibility with healthcare professionals


• Proficiency in both English and Cantonese is required. Fluency in Mandarin will be highly regarded


• A proactive, commercially curious mindset (sales exposure is ideal but not mandatory)


• Comfort working independently in a small, fast-growing market


• Clinical background (e.g. nursing, theatre, wound care) or sales experience into hospitals is highly regarded
