Pay                                               \:  HK$93.25 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

1. Mainly deployed on general clerical duties in GVP depot / Clinics / Offices relating to the following aspects:

   -   Patient registration and booking, counter work and public enquiries, telephone enquiry, data input and records, general and store administration, assist statistics and research etc.

2. Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Entry Requirements:

1. Completed F.5/S.5 or equivalent and possess working experience; OR

2. Completed F.5/S.5 with:

       a) Passes in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination including English Language (Syl B) and Chinese Language, or equivalent; OR

       b) 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education attaining the level specified below:

            - Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language; and

            - Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects/ “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent.

Preferred Attributes:

1. Able to perform typing and computer operation in MS Office, MS Excel and Chinese word processing.

2. Good telephone manners, interpersonal and communication skills.

3. Attentive, conscientious, helpful and self-motivated.

4. Good at interacting with people with customer service skills.
