Billing Specialist (2-month temp role)

• Receive, log, review and process provider invoices for payment.
• Identify provider needs and be able to respond to and resolve payment inquiries.
• Communicate/respond to providers in a professional manner regarding their payment status.
• Match the appropriate invoice with a client’s case using our proprietary case management system.
• Enter provider information into our database/case management system.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of our clients’ information, proactively manage workload.
• Any additional tasks pertinent to the position, as deemed appropriate by management.

• Any bachelor’s degree. 
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as a team member in a team environment.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of quality and productivity.
• Ability to navigate proficiently in varying databases and on the internet.
