Job Requirement

Required Qualifications: 

4–7+ years of experience in supply chain planning or
analytics. 

• Proven experience with o9 platform configuration and
implementation. 

• Strong understanding of supply chain processes
(demand/supply planning, S&OP,  inventory optimization). 

• Hands -on experience with IBPL scripting and data
modelling. 

• Excellent analytical, problem -solving, and communication
skills. Preferred Skills: 

• o9 Platform certification (e.g., Technical Configuration
Level II,DP -SP Reference Model). 

• Experience in industries like retail, manufacturing, or
consumer goods.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Implementation &
  Configuration 
  
• Lead and participate in
  the full o9 implementation lifecycle: 
  
• Requirement gathering,
   solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and
  support. 
  
• Configure o9 modules
  such as: • Demand Planning , Supply Planning , Integrated Business
  Planning (IBP) ,Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) & Control
  Tower 
  
• Customize the o9
  platform using IBPL (o9’s scripting language). 
  
• Design and configure
  data models and workflows to support planning processes and  what -if
  analysis. Functional Support 
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve
  post -implementation issues. 
  
• Perform manual and
  automated data uploads. 
  
• Validate end -to -end
  workflows and ensure data accuracy. 
  
• Create and present Proof
  of Concepts (PoCs) to stakeholders.
