Role Overview:

We are seeking a Splunk Specialist with strong expertise in deploying, managing, and optimizing Splunk solutions in enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will be experienced in working within Security Operations Centers (SOC), handling incident management, and delivering innovative solutions to maximize Splunk’s business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute complex Splunk deployments, working closely with customers to address diverse use cases and solve business-critical problems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to deliver the right solutions, leveraging product and technical expertise.

• Share best practices and design innovative approaches to enhance Splunk adoption and optimize system performance.

• Perform advanced SOC operations, including monitoring, alerting, escalation, and security incident resolution.

• Conduct incident triage and manage complex resolution scenarios not predefined in existing procedures.

• Assist clients with advanced security incident handling and remediation.

• Perform deep-dive security intelligence research and threat analysis to strengthen the overall security posture.
