Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Create 3D models and renderings using industry-standard software
• Produce high-quality animations for architectural and product visualization
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to understand project requirements
• Ensure visualizations align with brand standards and client expectations
• Provide creative input to enhance the quality and aesthetic appeal of the visual materials
• Work closely with project managers to meet deadlines and milestones
• Stay updated with industry trends and new software/tools for continuous skill improvement
• Review and enhance rendering processes to optimize output quality and efficiency
• Participate in project presentations and provide visual support as needed
• Contribute to the development of 3D libraries and asset management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated visual solutions
• Contribute to the development of best practices for 3D visualization
• Conduct quality checks to maintain consistent output standards
• Assist in the creation of virtual reality and augmented reality experiences
• Adhere to project budgets and time constraints

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Architecture, or relevant field
• Proven experience as a 3D Visualiser or similar role
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, Maya, or Blender
• Strong understanding of rendering techniques and software like V-Ray or Lumion
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality 3D visualizations and animations
• Excellent creativity with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
• Ability to interpret and transform concepts into visually appealing representations
• Understanding of lighting, texture mapping, and material creation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of virtual reality and augmented reality technologies is a plus
• Solid understanding of design principles and color theory
• Advanced problem-solving and time management skills
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving project demands and deadlines
