Account Executive - SaaS Sales

Drive new enterprise business by helping India's largest brands and agencies adopt our platform as a strategic marketing platform, owning the full consultative sales cycle as an individual contributor based in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts across leading brands and agencies.
• Proactively identify, prospect, and develop opportunities within named target accounts.
• Build relationships with CMOs, Marketing Heads, Digital Heads, Brand Leaders, Media Heads, Influencer Marketing teams, and agency leadership.
• Create detailed account plans and penetration strategies for high-value accounts.
• Create demand rather than wait for inbound requirements, and help customers see opportunities they are not yet solving for.
• Run consultative discovery to uncover business problems, priorities, budgets, decision criteria, and buying processes.
• Own the full sales cycle, from outreach, discovery, and product demos through business case, commercial negotiation, and contract closure.
• Position our brand around business impact, strategic value, and ROI rather than product features.
• Build compelling presentations, proposals, and business cases for senior stakeholders.
• Navigate complex buying processes involving marketing, finance, procurement, legal, and leadership teams.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and leadership to move strategic deals forward.
• Maintain strong pipeline discipline and CRM hygiene, with accurate visibility into risks, next steps, and forecasts.
• Bring customer and market insights back to the company to help shape product and go-to-market strategy.
• Represent the company at industry events, marketing forums, and customer meetings.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B sales experience, with meaningful experience selling enterprise technology, SaaS, or marketing solutions.
• Experience in AdTech, MarTech, marketing SaaS, influencer marketing technology, social listening, media intelligence, or marketing analytics is strongly preferred.
• Experience selling to large brands, enterprises, or advertising and media agencies.
• A strong record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets while independently owning the full sales cycle.
• Comfortable managing complex deals with multiple decision-makers and longer sales cycles.
• Ability to build pipeline independently rather than relying fully on inbound leads or SDRs.
• Experience selling annual or multi-year SaaS contracts and working through enterprise procurement is a plus.
