channels (website, campaigns, partnerships). Respond promptly, qualify them
based on ICP fit, and move them through the sales funnel.
â Discovery & Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough discovery calls with prospects to
understand their business challenges, current workflows, and decision -making
process around payroll/HR management.
â Product Demonstrations: Independently run tailored product demos for
mid -market prospects, articulating how SalaryBox solves their specific pain points.
â Stakeholder Management: Navigate multi -stakeholder buying committees —
engage HR heads, finance leaders, founders, and operations teams — to build
consensus and drive deals forward.
â Pipeline Management & Forecasting: Maintain a healthy pipeline in the CRM
with accurate deal stages, expected close dates, and revenue forecasts. Provide
weekly pipeline updates to leadership.
â Negotiation & Deal Closure: Own the full closing process — handle pricing
discussions, negotiate commercial terms, address objections, and close deals
independently.
â Account Handoff & Onboarding Support: Ensure smooth handoff to the
customer success/onboarding team post -sale, setting up the account for long -term
retention.
â Cross -functional Collaboration: Work with marketing to share lead quality
feedback, and with product to relay prospect objections and feature requests
