Account Manager - Client Servicing

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Client Servicing Manager to lead client relationships, manage campaigns, and drive business impact. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to execute projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and build strong, long-term relationships.


• Understand client requirements, objectives, and expectations and communicate them effectively to internal teams.


• Manage end-to-end execution of campaigns and projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.


• Coordinate with creative, social media, content, strategy, design, and other internal teams.


• Prepare briefs, timelines, presentations, and campaign updates for clients.


• Track project progress, deliverables, deadlines, and budgets.


• Handle client feedback and ensure it is communicated clearly to the relevant teams.


• Identify opportunities to upsell or expand existing client accounts.


• Proactively address challenges and resolve client concerns.


• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and campaign reviews.


• Monitor campaign performance and work with relevant teams to identify areas for improvement.


• Ensure high standards of client servicing and overall account management.

Key Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a digital environment.


• Strong communication and relationship management skills.


• Ability to create compelling presentations and performance reports.


• A creative and analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.


• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.


• Knowledge and interest in the digital domain, including marketing strategies and content curation.
