Job Description - Account Payable_Inter CA Pass

Company Overview:

Hunarstreet Technologies is a leading company in the Staffing and Recruiting industry, providing innovative solutions to clients across various sectors.

Role and Responsibilities:

Leading accruals working and ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments.
Implementing automation initiatives for the payment process, including the Zoho go-live project.
Sharing Accounts Payable management information system (MIS) with management.
Generating productivity plans for the team and implementing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for invoice processing turnaround time (TAT).
Overseeing the implementation of Zoho purchase order system.
Ensuring compliance with Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) regulations and coordinating with the tax team.
Conducting vendor ledger reconciliations to maintain accurate records.
Managing the vendor master database to maintain control over vendor information.

Candidate Qualifications:

Problem-solving mindset with curiosity to learn, challenge the status quo, and ability to multitask effectively.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent knowledge of Zoho and Tally software is mandatory.
Education Qualification: Minimum Inter CA (Chartered Accountancy) pass and completed article ship from Audit firm.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
