Accountant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Mangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong corporate accounting experience, hands-on knowledge of Zoho Books, and an interest in using modern AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity.

This role is best suited for someone who is flexible, eager to learn, and willing to take up responsibilities beyond traditional accounting functions.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate Accounting
  


• Good working knowledge of Zoho Books
  


• Familiarity with modern AI tools and digital productivity platforms
  


• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and reporting
  


• Smart, proactive, and adaptable personality
  


• Ready to handle additional responsibilities beyond accounting
  


• Willingness to learn new tasks and grow within the organization
  


• Good communication and coordination skills
  

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
  


• Manage invoices, payments, reconciliations, and financial records
  


• Maintain accurate accounting data in Zoho Books
  


• Assist management with reports and financial tracking
  


• Support administrative and operational tasks when required
  


• Utilize AI and automation tools to improve workflow efficiency
  

Preferred:

• Experience in service industry or recruitment industry accounting
  


• Immediate joiners preferred
