Job Summary

We are looking for a detail -oriented and responsible Accountant to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, taxation, and bookkeeping activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain books of accounts and financial records.
  
• Prepare and manage invoices, vouchers, and payment records.
  
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
  
• Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
  
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
  
• Prepare financial reports, MIS reports, and monthly statements.
  
• Support internal and external audits.
  
• Ensure accurate data entry and record maintenance in accounting software.
  
• Coordinate with management regarding financial matters.
  

Requirements

• CA Inter qualification.
  
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
  
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting standards.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally/ERP.
  
• Strong analytical and problem -solving skills.
  
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
