Accounting Controller

Role Summary

We are looking for candidates for the position of Accounting Controller, who will work with daily accounting tasks and quality assurance of reconciliation of accounts. With us, you will have the opportunity to work with both Norwegian and international customers, and be part of an environment where the hierarchy is low, but the atmosphere is high!

Your Responsibilities

• Follow-up of receipt of electronic supplier invoices


• Follow-up of invoice validation with our team in India


• Accounting and bookkeeping of invoices


• Follow-up of accounts receivable


• Follow-up of open items on the supplier ledger


• Follow-up of joint e-mail


• Collaborate with our accounting team in India


• Follow-up of open items in the bank


• Liquidity follow-up


• Making payments for the group internally and externally, including public taxes and duties


• Review of salary payments


• Reconciliation of pension costs


• Various month-end tasks


• Updating and maintenance of process manuals


• Cooperation with the group's international accounting team
