Accounts & Finance Executive

As an Accounts & Finance executive at SharePal, you will be responsible for preparing monthly income statements, managing purchases, stock updates and running the deposit refund process. The primary responsibilities will include the following:

• Handling customer deposit refunds and resolve customer discrepancies
  

• Taking care of daily purchases activity from vendor negotiation to invoicing to purchase
  

• Update inventory stock purchases to the inventory management system
  

• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements like P&L, Cash flow, Balance Sheet etc
  

• Conducting weekly/random audits of inventory across warehouses
  

• Working with tech teams to create applications for process automation
  

• Maintain purchase & expenses records & keep the records up to date
  

Requirements

• 0 -1 year of experience in finance and/or accounting
  

• B.Com, B.Com (H), CA inter
  

• E -commerce industry preferred
  

• Good communication skills
  

• Willing to work from office at Bangalore location
