Job Description - Accounts Executive

We are looking for a detail -oriented Accounts Executive to handle day -to -day accounting operations in a fast -paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

â Maintain day -to -day accounting entries (Purchase, Sales, Expenses)

â Handle Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)

â Manage GST filings, TDS & statutory compliance

â Assist in inventory accounting & stock reconciliation

â Prepare bank reconciliation & financial reports

â Support audits and ensure proper documentation

â Work closely with production & stores for financial accuracy

Requirements

Strong knowledge of accounting principles & bookkeeping
Experience in GST, TDS & compliance
Basic understanding of inventory accounting
Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems & MS Excel
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good analytical and problem -solving skills
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

B.Com / M.Com / Finance background
Experience in manufacturing industry preferred
