We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Accounts Manager in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. Our client is a reputed organization seeking skilled and motivated finance professionals to manage accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities

• Manage day -to -day accounting and financial operations.
  
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and statutory regulations.
  
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes.
  
• Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow management.
  
• Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
  
• Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants.
  
• Lead and mentor the accounts team to achieve financial objectives.
  

Required Skills

1. Financial Accounting – Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
   
2. GST & Taxation – Experience handling GST returns and tax compliance.
   
3. Tally ERP/Accounting Software – Proficiency in accounting systems.
   
4. Financial Reporting – Ability to prepare accurate reports and statements.
   
5. Bank Reconciliation & MIS – Expertise in reconciliation and management reporting.
   

Preferred Skills

• Advanced Excel and data analysis.
  
• ERP implementation exposure.
  
• Internal audit and compliance knowledge.
  

Work Experience Requirements

Typical requirement is 5–8 years of experience in accounting, finance, or taxation functions. Candidates should have experience handling financial reporting, statutory compliance, and team management responsibilities.

Education

• Minimum: B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) / CA Inter (Typical)
  
• Preferred: MBA Finance / M.Com / CA
  
• Additional Certifications: Tally, GST Certification, Financial Accounting Certifications
