URGENT HIRING – ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Position

Accounts Manager – Hospital Industry

Experience

- 5–10 years of relevant experience
- Hospital or healthcare industry experience is mandatory.

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports and management reports.
- Monitor hospital revenue, expenses, billing and outstanding payments.
- Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts and patient billing records.
- Manage GST, TDS, TCS and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Prepare budgets, monitor cash flow and control expenses.
- Supervise the accounts team and ensure accurate financial documentation.
- Coordinate with hospital administration and management regarding financial matters.

Candidate Profile

- 5–10 years of experience in hospital accounts and finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
- Good analytical, reporting and team-management skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and current salary.
