Job Description - Accounts Manager -Sales (B2B) | Mumbai

About the Role:

We've built our company brick by brick with our field sales team. In just over 18 months, we've gone from zero presence to being a familiar sight in restaurants, cafes, hotels, and gyms in cities like Mumbai.

We are now entering a high -growth phase across multiple cities. Joining our Phenomenal Field Sales Force today, you will carry forward the unparalleled work of our Sales Team, managing the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to conversion.

You will be our frontline ambassador, staying closely connected to customer needs and market dynamics, and providing critical insights that directly influence our strategy and growth - one of the most critical pillars for building a new and exciting brand!

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake cold visits on the field, to educate potential customers in the B2B segment, and generate 7 -10 leads everyday

  • Ensure sales KPIs are met regularly

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and onboarded customers, and be their guide for accessing the best cooling solutions

  • Understand feedback from customers consistently and provide input to internal teams to improve our product / process /services

Requirements:

  • We expect candidates to possess excellent communication and articulation skills, customer engagement and relationship building, and interpersonal skills to work with a diverse customer base.

  • Graduate -level degree in any field

  • Proficiency in English and Hindi (Marathi is optional - for Mumbai)


  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
