Accounts Payable Executive

We are seeking a detail -oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Executive to manage end -to -end payable functions, vendor payments, reconciliations, and support accounting activities up to finalization of accounts. Candidates with GST knowledge and experience in a CA firm will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle the complete Accounts Payable process from invoice verification to payment processing.
  
• Verify, record, and reconcile vendor invoices and accounts.
  
• Process vendor payments and ensure timely settlement of dues.
  
• Perform vendor ledger reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
  
• Assist in month -end and year -end closing activities.
  
• Support finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
  
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
  
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments when required.
