Accounts Payables Lead

Pakka Limited is looking for a
dynamic Accounts Payable Lead to manage Vendor contracts,
reconciliation, budget Vs actuals, variance analysis, compliance, team building.
This role requires strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and expertise in
accounts payable processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all vendor accounts are regularly
  reconciled.
• Maintain updated and accurate ledgers for
  payables.
  
• Ensure proper documentation and record -keeping for
  all transactions.
  

• Oversee the invoice verification, approval, and
  payment process.
• Ensure payments are processed accurately and on
  time.
  
• Coordinate with procurement and internal teams for
  invoice approvals.
  

• Ensure adherence to company policies and financial
  regulations.
  
• Implement internal controls to mitigate risks
  related to accounts payable.
  
• Handle audits and ensure accurate reporting for
  compliance purposes
  

• Lead and mentor the accounts payable team to
  ensure high performance.
  
• Coordinate with finance, procurement, and other
  stakeholders.
  
• Provide training and updates on regulatory and
  process changes.
  

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and
  financial controls.
  
• Expertise in reconciliation, invoice processing,
  and vendor management.
  
• Proficiency in ERP and accounting software.
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
  skills.
