Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with strong hands -on expertise in QuickBooks Online and Odoo ERP. The ideal candidate should have solid practical experience across Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Account Reconciliations. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work independently while ensuring proper financial records are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day -to -day bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks Online and Odoo ERP.

  • Handle full -cycle Accounts Payable: invoice processing, vendor management, payment runs.

  • Manage Accounts Receivable: customer invoicing, payment follow -ups, aging reports.

  • Maintain General Ledger entries, journal postings, accruals, and month -end adjustments.

  • Perform bank, credit card, vendor, and customer reconciliations on a periodic basis.

  • Assist in month -end and year -end closing activities.

  • Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and accounting policies.

  • Prepare standard financial reports as required (P&L, Balance Sheet, AR/AP summaries, etc.).

  • Identify discrepancies, investigate issues, and propose corrective actions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, auditors, and management on financial data and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.  Additiona qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.

  • 6 years of professional bookkeeping experience.

  • Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online and ODOO (Accounting Module).

  • Hands -on experience in AP, AR, GL management, and Account Reconciliations.

  • Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statements.

  • Strong Excel skills and ability to work with data and reports.

  • High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Additional Qualifications preferred:

  • Experience working with international clients or multi -entity environments.

  • Prior experience in process automation within QuickBooks or ODOO.

  • Exposure to audit support and tax preparation activities.
