Job Description - Admin & Secretary

Job Summary

Remitap is looking for a proactive and organized Admin & Secretary to support the daily administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills, be eager to learn, and be capable of handling office administration, documentation, scheduling, and coordination tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day -to -day office administrative activities.
  • Assist management with scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents, files, and records.
  • Draft and format official letters, emails, reports, and other business documents.
  • Coordinate internal communication between departments.
  • Maintain employee records and support basic HR administrative tasks.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination.
  • Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and meeting logistics when required.
  • Record meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Support management in preparing presentations and reports.
  • Ensure confidential company information is handled securely.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Perform any additional administrative tasks assigned by management.
