Senior Analyst Survey Administration

Location -Noida

What can you expect?

In this entry level role, you will provide administrative support to consultants, ensure that all data cleaning/transformation and its allied work is completed on time with accuracy.production work is complete and accurate. Your role will also involve process general administration work and followingincluding: -

  • Ensure all Pprocess documentation (SOPs) are kept updated and is peer reviewed before release to stakeholders.
  • Keeping internal stakeholder informed on project/process status in timely mannerInform about process stages and provides updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Take part in project meetings with external stakeholders and Gather information on meetings in market/industry and provides updates to internal stakeholders
  • Make sure internal systems are up to date with information received by the team.

We will count on you to:

  • Serve as a technical resource on survey production work and systems data set up. DoMake data cleaning with accuracy and completenessutilising different internal tools. Process improvements recommendations to supervisor.
  • Self-reviewing all the survey work before it moves to next stage sharing it with the internal stakeholders.
  • Obtain peer review approval and update status changes and monitor deadline deliverables.
  • Work with Having lLean mindset and to give suggestions forresponsible for continuous process improvement.
  • Effective Communicatione via different mediums via email, phone, andof meetings project status updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Anticipate Escalate any risk in process and raise in timely mannerstatus risks to team members.

What you need to have:

  • Graduate
  • 0-24 months experience overall
  • Good communications skills (verbal and written).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Team player ability to coordinate and adapt work style as per requirementwith multiple members.
