Admission Counselor (Female) needed in an International School in Hyderabad.

(Immediate joining basis)

Role -

Reporting to the Senior Admissions Manager, the Admissions Counselor is responsible for supporting student enrolment by guiding prospective families through the admissions process, promoting the school's programs, and ensuring an excellent admissions experience. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Counseling Parents for admission.
To organize and arrange interview/assessment for prospective students with the help of teachers.
Constant follow up with the prospective parent.
Schedule and conduct Admissions Interviews analyze potential of enquiries/applicants and debrief colleagues on an on-going basis.
Co-ordinating with Parent Relations Officers and Teachers regarding Admission Formalities.
Manage overall admissions procedure to ensure that proper correspondence and documentation is received and acknowledged, filed, and that departments are notified appropriately.
Process admissions documents.
Send out promotional literature to prospective families and other representatives.
Compilation of data for and distribution of monthly admissions reports.
Record admissions activity case by case for both accepted and rejected applicants for future reference.
Conduct/arrange regular tours and information sessions for prospective families and students.
Maintain and file Admissions Office records (enquiry forms, enrolment reports rejected/withdrawn applicant files, and other miscellaneous files).
Develop a thorough understanding of the Cambridge programmes, the application process, the Terms and Conditions and the Parent Contract
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact positively and develop good working relationships with parents.
Possess basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products like Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
