Immediate Onboarding

Role: Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Architect

We are looking for an experienced AJO Architect to own the architecture and delivery of Adobe Journey Optimizer solutions across campaign orchestration, personalization and real-time customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design omnichannel customer journey frameworks

• Architect event-driven and audience-triggered campaigns

• Configure journeys, decisioning, offers and personalization

• Integrate AJO with RTCDP, AEP, CRM and marketing platforms

• Define governance, consent and deliverability practices

• Lead technical solution design and implementation teams

• Optimize engagement, conversions and customer experience

• Conduct architecture reviews and provide production support guidance
