Job Description:
We are hiring a Vendor Account Manager to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns for partner accounts. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and a data -driven approach to improve campaign performance and drive revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management & Optimization:
• Manage and optimize campaigns across Sponsored Ads (Products, Brands, Display)
• Monitor performance metrics like ROAS, CTR, conversion rates
• Perform bid adjustments, budget allocation, and targeting optimization
• Identify underperforming campaigns and implement improvement plans
Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights
• Create performance reports and presentations
• Track KPIs and map performance to revenue
Stakeholder Management:
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Ad Ops, Product)
• Resolve campaign -related issues and escalations
• Work with global stakeholders
Revenue & Pipeline Management:
• Identify revenue growth opportunities within existing accounts
• Track pipeline and activities using Salesforce
Key Skills Required:
• Digital Advertising / Performance Marketing / E -commerce Ads
• Campaign Optimization & Data Analysis
• Strong Excel & reporting skills
• Knowledge of advertising KPIs (ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate)
• Stakeholder management & communication
Eligibility Criteria:
• 4–6 years of experience in Digital Advertising / E -commerce
• Experience managing global clients preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree / MBA
• Excellent communication skills
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Budget attainment & revenue growth
• Campaign optimization rate
• Partner satisfaction score
• Activity metrics (calls, emails, optimizations)
