As a Skills Developer, you’ll play a key role in designing data models and building high‑performance data pipelines that power advanced analytics and AI‑based applications used by large organizations worldwide.

• Build and maintain data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from multiple customer systems
  
• Design and develop data warehouse models (facts, dimensions, measures) using columnar databases
  
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data processing and analytics
  
• Work closely with Solution Architects and stakeholders to understand business requirements
  
• Perform data analysis for complex use cases and document technical solutions
  
• Take ownership of the end‑to‑end development lifecycle—from design to deployment
  

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with SQL and data analysis
  
• Hands‑on experience with ETL processes
  
• Good understanding of data warehousing, BI concepts, and reporting
  
• Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux
  
• Comfortable working with structured data and programming workflows
  
• Experience engaging directly with business users or customers
  
• Clear communication and presentation skills
  

Nice to Have (Good to Know)

• Experience with Python, Java, or R
  
• Exposure to machine learning concepts
  
• Hands‑on experience with JSON, XML, and APIs
  
• Knowledge of SAP and/or supply chain concepts
  
• Familiarity with large‑scale enterprise data environments
