• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Gather and analyse customer, stakeholder, and market requirements.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories and prioritized backlogs.

• Drive product development from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify product gaps and opportunities.
• Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure efficient development.
• Manage product backlogs, prioritizing tasks and features to maximize business value.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve product offerings.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance product competitiveness.
• Create and present product updates and roadmaps to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure products are scalable, secure, and meet Zensar's quality standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce, B2B commerce, other sales channels like RPA, Phone, Email, Fax order flow.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or related roles.
• Experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and release planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build cross-functional relationships.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.
• Proficiency in product management tools and techniques, including roadmapping and backlog management.
• Experience in the IT or digital services industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.

• Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and a passion for continuous learning.

  Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with digital products, platforms, or customer-facing applications.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.

• Product Management certifications such as CSPO, CSM, or equivalent.
