AES - DE - Agile - Product Owner

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business goals.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and customer requirements.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and release plans.
• Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, development teams, UX designers, and QA teams.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure timely delivery of product releases and achievement of business outcomes.
• Monitor product performance and recommend improvements using data-driven insights.
• Communicate product updates, risks, and dependencies to leadership and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience managing product backlogs and working with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification.
• Experience with SaaS, Cloud, AI, or Digital Products.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and customer journey mapping.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics.
