As an AES Oracle - Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) Senior Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for Oracle customer relationship management applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing CRM software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration. Your work will enable clients to optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives within our Technology Consulting practice. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and technical skills while anticipating the needs of your teams and clients to deliver quality work.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will use a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, using reflection to enhance strengths and address development areas. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, responding effectively to diverse perspectives, needs, and feelings of others. Responsibilities
- Analyzing client requirements to implement Oracle CRM software solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle CRM applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights
- Developing and maintaining meaningful client connections to anticipate and address needs
- Managing and inspiring team members to deliver quality work in complex situations
- Applying business process consulting skills to improve client engagement and satisfaction
- Leveraging technology implementation skills to enhance system interoperability and customer success
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines
- Interpreting data to generate recommendations and support client decision-making
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Communications, Commerce, Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in any Customer Experience (CX) module, including Sales, Service, Marketing, or related Oracle CX Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business problems
- Excelling in business process improvement and modeling
