After Sales Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an After Sales Engineer with experience in equipment servicing, mechanical component replacement, electrical circuit troubleshooting, wiring, and equipment parameter debugging. Candidates with hands-on experience in industrial equipment/machinery after-sales service will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Dismantle, inspect, and replace mechanical components of equipment at customer sites.


• Troubleshoot electrical circuits and perform wiring operations on-site.


• Perform equipment parameter setting, configuration, and debugging.


• Conduct cleaning and machine-operation training for on-site operators.


• Inspect equipment after machine use and ensure proper cleaning and operating practices.


• Provide on-site technical support and resolve equipment-related issues.


• Coordinate with internal teams for technical troubleshooting and service requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field preferred.


• 3–5 years of relevant experience in after-sales service, equipment service, machinery maintenance, or field service engineering.


• Ability to understand and interpret 3D drawings.


• Hands-on ability to independently dismantle and replace equipment components.


• Good understanding of electrical circuits, wiring, and circuit fault diagnosis.


• Experience in equipment parameter setting and debugging.


• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.


• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.


• Willingness to travel to China for approximately 2 weeks of training after joining.
