Job Role : 

 
1. Recruiting and Licensing Advisors.
2. Develop advisors through Coaching,Training. 
3. Plan,Monitor and Review advisors on a weekly basis.
4. Help them achieve maximum business. 
5. Motivating Them to Drive LI business.
6. Going on Appointment with them.




Preferred Profile of the Candidate: 

1. Age Min 28 - Max 36. 


2. Graduate with 3yrs or more  Experience in Sales from  any Industry .


3. Should be a Localite of Mumbai City Only.(More than 5 years)


4. Good Networking Skills to Recruit Adviser from Self Network.


5. Should be in Mumbai from past 5 yrs and More.


6. Good Communication Skills in English and Local Language.


7. Should have willingness to Make Long Term Relationship with the Employer.


8. Salary will not be a Constraint for  Deserving Candidate.
