AI / GenAI Engineer

Role Summary

We are looking for an AI / GenAI Engineer with strong Python programming skills and hands-on experience in LLMs, RAG pipelines, and AI application development. The candidate will work closely with senior engineers to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable AI-powered solutions. This role contributes to the organization's AI initiatives by building reliable applications, chatbots, and automation tools.

Responsibilities

  Develop and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI applications, including RAG pipelines, chatbots, and automation tools.

  Build and maintain APIs using Python, FastAPI, Flask, or Node.js.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform data preprocessing, embeddings, and vector search implementations.

  
  


• 
  

  Support data ingestion pipelines and data workflows.

  
  


• 
  

  Participate in prompt engineering, testing, and AI model evaluation.

  
  


• 
  

  Debug, monitor, and optimize application performance.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI features.

  
  


• 
  

  Support the deployment and maintenance of AI solutions on cloud platforms.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  3–5 years of experience in Software Engineering or AI/ML roles.

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum 3 years of strong hands-on Python programming experience (mandatory).

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with AI, LLMs, RAG pipelines, and AI frameworks.

  
  


• 
  

  Basic understanding of LLMs, RAG, and AI application development.

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and SQL/NoSQL databases.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks is preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, and vector databases such as Pinecone or Weaviate is an advantage.

  
  


• 
  

  Education: BE/BTech, ME/MTech, MCA, or MSc in Computer Science.

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum 2 years of stability in an organization.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  Strong problem-solving and learning mindset.

  Notice period: Immediate to 45 days.
