Job Description - AI Product engineer

The Role

You will:

â Design and build production agentic AI systems using Claude API, Agent SDK, and MCP

â Ship POCs in hours, MVPs in 3 -5 days

â Build and mentor a team of 10 -20 engineers (growing to 50+ by month 6)

â Automate 80% of internal processes using AI within 6 months

â Lead technical execution on client projects

â Own clear milestones and deliverables

Ideal Candidate

You can:

â Articulate business problems, identify where automation creates value; connect technical

solutions to business outcomes

â Design and build agentic applications (multi -agent orchestration, tool integration, lifecycle

management)

â Design Model Context Protocol (MCP) tool interfaces for backend system integration

â Configure Claude Code for team workflows (CLAUDE.md, custom commands, MCP)

â Engineer prompts for reliable structured output (JSON schemas, validation patterns,

few -shot examples)

â Manage context windows effectively across long documents, multi -turn conversations, and

multi -agent handoffs

â Integrate Claude into CI/CD pipelines for automated code review, test generation, and pull

request feedback

â Make sound escalation and reliability decisions, including error handling, human -in -the -loop

workflows, and self -evaluation patterns

â Mentor engineers and get work shipped fast and iterate.

Skills

Must -Have:

â 5+ years software engineering

â 1+ year Claude API agentic AI (5+ production use cases)

â Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, PHP, MySQL, PostgreSQL

â Redis, message queues, RAG (LangChain, Qdrant), Docker, Git

â Can mentor and lead teams

â Experience with multi -model LLM routing or fallback strategies

â Familiarity with OpenRouter, Fireworks, or similar API aggregators

â Familiarity with fine -tuning open -source models (Qwen, Llama, Mistral)

â Experience collecting and curating training data from production systems

Good -to -Have:

â SaaS product experience

30 -60 -90 -180 -360 Day Plan

Days 1 -30: Understand processes. Build 1 -2 POCs. Onboard 10 freshers or mid -level.

Days 30 -60: Freshers ship MVPs. You ship 2 -3 complex builds. Demo to client.

Days 60 -90: 20 freshers productive. 60% internal automation complete. First client deployment.

Days 90 -180: 50 -person team. 80% automation. 25+ projects live. Package solutions as products.

Days 180 -360: Team runs smoothly. You own P&L. Ready for the next role.

Compensation

Fixed + Variable + ESOPs as mutually agreed.

Selection Process

The process involves two steps:

Step 1: Four -Day Selection Bootcamp

â Day 1 (mandatory): Orientation, identity check, technical round 1, and project initiates.

â Day 2–3 (flexible): You continue making your MVP/task (venue or home).

â Day 4 (mandatory): Final project submission.

After the Bootcamp:

Top performers are required to complete all other formalities, sign contracts as appropriate and

mutually discussed.

Post formalities:

Top performers are recommended to Anthropic Global for the official Anthropic CCA -F

(Foundations) Exam, scheduled 5–15 days later.

Step 2: Anthropic Foundation Exam (Proctored)

This is a proctored, 2–2.5 hour exam at a scheduled venue (cameras on, screen -sharing on).

Results are provided in 1–2 weeks.

A score of â¥720/1000 is required to pass the foundation.
