Summary:
As an AI Transformation Practitioner, a typical day involves shaping and advancing the strategic vision for artificial intelligence transformation within the organization. This role requires leading the planning and execution of AI transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals. The practitioner collaborates with various stakeholders to drive innovation and oversee the progress of projects, fostering an environment that supports continuous improvement and adoption of AI technologies across multiple domains.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development of strategic frameworks to support AI transformation efforts.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their capabilities and ensure successful project delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Strong expertise in managing and optimizing plant maintenance processes using SAP solutions.
- Experience in integrating AI-driven approaches within maintenance and operational workflows.
- Ability to analyze complex system requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement technology-driven improvements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
