Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience in designing intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital products. The ideal candidate should have expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and creating seamless user experiences across web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
  


• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
  


• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design specifications.
  


• Design responsive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  


• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.
  


• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
  


• Identify and troubleshoot UX issues and recommend improvements.
  


• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
  


• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
  

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, design thinking, and user-centered design.
  


• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  


• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing tools.
  


• Knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
  


• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is a plus.
  


• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  


• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design processes.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  


• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
  


• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments is preferred.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with design systems and accessibility standards.
  


• Knowledge of interaction design and animation tools.
  


• Familiarity with user analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Mixpanel.
