Job Description - AI Visual & Product Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design logos, brand assets, splash screens,
banners, and app visuals

• Create short -form videos, promos, reels, and
motion creatives

• Design product visuals for mobile apps, OTT
platforms, and web

• Use AI tools as a core part of
the creative workflow (not optional)

• Combine AI -generated output with manual
refinement

• Work with product teams on visual flows and
basic UI screens

• Rapidly iterate designs based on feedback and
product needs

• Maintain consistency across brand, product, and
marketing assets

Requirements

Required Skills (MANDATORY)

Candidates must already have
hands -on experience with multiple tools below:

• Midjourney (or
equivalent generative image tools)

• Runway ML (AI video
generation / enhancement)

• HeyGen (AI avatar /
video workflows)

• ElevenLabs (AI
voice generation)

• Adobe Photoshop &
Illustrator (for refinement and production work)

• Adobe Premiere Pro (basic to intermediate video editing)

â Candidates
with only traditional graphic design tools
and no AI usage should not be
considered.

Good to Have

• Experience with Figma (basic UI/product screens)

• Experience designing for mobile apps or OTT
platforms

• Exposure to generative workflows beyond
Midjourney / Runway

• Startup or fast -paced product environment
experience
